Operations Manager

Location:The Bentall Centre, Kingston upon Thames

Job Type:Permanent

Work Pattern:39 hrs pw, 5 days out of 7, including weekends

Job Purpose

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Operations Manager who will thrive on giving fantastic customer service in our Kingston store and help drive our business forward.

The Role

It simply doesn't happen without you. Operation Managers are vital to our business and we know it. You will be happy to get in there with the troops and be capable of maintaining the highest service levels. You’ll be responsible for the efficient operation of the store within an agreed budget and assist the Store Manager in maximising sales. You will deputise in the Store Manager’s absence and be a strong people person, developing talent within the store and motivating your team to achieve sales targets. Ensuring paperwork is completed on time and to Company standard is an essential part of this role.

Person Specification

Naturally, we expect a couple of A levels or equivalent and 2 or more years managerial experience in a customer-facing environment. You’ll possess excellent communication and organisational skills, be results orientated and have the ability to develop people to their full potential. Computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office is also essential. Most importantly of all, you’ll be brimming with enthusiasm to join our team.
