Location:Glasgow Fort Shopping Park, Glasgow

Work Pattern:39 hrs pw, 5 days out of 7, including weekends
Job Purpose
We are currently looking for a dynamic Deputy Manager who will thrive on giving fantastic customer service in our Glasgow Fort store and help drive our business forward.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for the efficient operation of the store within an agreed budget and assist the Store Manager in maximising profitability by driving sales and managing costs. You will deputise in the Store Manager’s absence and be a strong people person, developing talent within the store and motivating your team to achieve sales targets. You must also ensure standards of merchandising and customer service are met and exceeded by your team. You’re always up for a challenge, you’re right behind your staff and ready to go that bit further for your customers.
Person Specification
Naturally, we expect a couple of A levels or equivalent and 2 or more years managerial experience in a customer-facing environment, with previous experience of running a similar operation. You’ll possess excellent communication and organisational skills, be results orientated and have the ability to develop people to their full potential. Computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office is also essential. Most importantly of all, you’ll be brimming with enthusiasm to join our team.
